NCAA College Football 2K3 features a complete roster of 117 Division I-A schools as players attempt to guide their team to one of 25 Bowl Games. Player models have been designed to reflect the true size of college athletes as compared to NFL players, and a Heisman Trophy race has been incorporated to honor the top performer of the year. The highlight of the game is the Legacy Mode, in which players can custom build their own athletic program and then manage their school over the course of a season. This game is okay, it will suffice if you can’t find EA Sports NCAA Football 2003. The graphics are good, but the passing game is weak, so is the defense. I used Oklahoma and Miami of Ohio ran for 278 yards on me. You can’t run well up the middle because the game flows very slow. It takes forever for the QB to hand off. The plus for this game is that the option runs well, except if you are about to get hit, the QB will not pitch.
