And Nintendo’s strong point is to make their games be there in short time to survive on the market. No one can be like Sony to grow on the market slowly and then become a beast when they have their games on the market. Nintendo was lucky that PS3 was delayed and become expensive as well that turned people/developers off. But that was then this is now.

PSP was doomed due to poor third party relationship for years ago but what happened? It took off with PSP slim.

And hence that PS1 …
And hence that PS1 was $300 cheaper and didn’t become the king of home consoles until the games were there on the market. And PS1 had more games than PS3 has in the same time frame and didn’t sold as much as PS3 does now. But somehow in 1998 it really took off for PS1 and could sell 15 million units in one year in NA. It’s the games that tend the console on fire not only 1 or 2 games (lulz Gears of War, Halo). Sony’s PS2 was a miracle compared to PS1 even if PS1 was a better console IMO.

You’re right. They have big plans for new tactics in 2009. PS3 slim is inevitable. And that price on PS3 slim ($299) is cheap enough to make games exclusive on PS3. Rockstar North know that they will succed on PS3. It wouldn’t surprise if GTA V was PS3 exclusive.

I looked at PS1’s sales history and I must say fanboys are out of their mind. PS1 was a beast that grown slowly until bigger games such as FFVII came out in Japan and took it off for real. PS3 is doing better in NA than PS1 as now.

Sales means this gen. All JRPGs have failed on 360. And Wii have most sales but that doesn’t mean it’s the best console outhere. It’s lacking the game steam PS1 had.

if u watch the ps3 e3 confrince the guy on stage most of the time (dont know his name) dose say that that it can only be done on the ps3 , now wether thats a lode of or not i dont realy know. its the same with the pic that shows MGS4 put in to about 8-9 dics just so it could be played on 360. yet agian i dont know for sure if thats real or not but both consoles or grate

I laugh at the guy who said that, 360 games and PS3 games run the exact same, 360 could run MGS4, and Resistance their just has been theories saying the PS3 is more powerfull, thats wrong yes they have blue ray but mostly all games would run alike on both systems. Just look at all the multiplatform games they are mostly the same. Maybe the 360 would have a little bit more “pop in” graphics may be a bit worse for MGS4 but nothing it could not handle,
