I enlisted as a PFC (E3 due to prior college) in the Army for Infantry and leave for OSUT this July. How long does it normally take to make E4 or E5 from there? I signed a 3 year enlistment but might renegotiate it to 4 or 5.

Depends on your mos.

You need 18 months time in service to make E-4 , most make E-4 from 18 months to 24 months.

E-5 id a different story.

Combat arms can make E-5 in as little as 2.5 years
Support personal, might not make E-5 in 4 years of service.

The military pay chart says that a E3 makes around $1,900, but I have heard that their are many deductions and Marines end up having like $800. Is that true?

No it would be around $800 per payday maybe, that would be $1600 after deductions for someone who is married. If Single then figure around $1400/$1500.

Yes, Kinect is compatible with all Xbox 360’s and so is ESPN.

Also could you put them in order from best to worst and say something about them and tell me when there coning out.

I saw MTV will broadcast the event, but I have no access to a Tv right now…:(
